So..new carpets were installed with a minor problem. One of the tiles from one area was cracked on the edge where the new carpet met the tile. I called Cindy and so he had Caroline contact me. Caroline immediately followed up with a home visit and our "problem solved" how to fix the cracked tile. Of course, there was no tile to match exactly so... a border of tile was decided upon along the whole length (even where there wasn't a crack). The installer came out and cut through the existing tile and installed a border tile throughout so it looks like this was the original design and plan. Floor n More went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I was happy with the flooring.
I really don't think another company would have treated me with this much consideration or professionalism!

We recently had new carpeting installed in our house. From beginning to end, the entire process was delightful. Cindy (in the Lewisville store) was helpful and patient (I only changed my mind a "few" times before deciding on the final purchase! She was extremely knowledgeable and assisted in giving us choices knowing we were on a budget, too. The installation was set up for two times so we could have time to move things and paint as all of this took place while we are still living in the house. Both installs went smoothly. The installers were on time and worked efficiently and did a SUPERB job!
I had shopped other places before Floor N More and I chose them because of greater variety of product, the wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE and the price.
I have future projects (the countertops and backsplashes and more tiling for other floors in our house) and I will now be able to go to ONE STOP-Floor N More!

What a wonderful experience Floor N More was for our family! After visiting a few other flooring stores, I was getting discouraged. However after talking with Cindy at your store, I was sold. We made a decision on our scraped laminate flooring and new carpet within 24 hours, and by the next afternoon ? our installation was scheduled for the end of the week! The installation process was smooth and efficient and I could not be more pleased! Our flooring is gorgeous and the service was fast, friendly and incredibly professional. After doing a considerable amount of research, I found Floor N More and chose to get my laminate flooring through them because of their affordable price. I called them up and had everything done, from measuring estimate to install, in less than a week. I was very pleased with the results and I plan on using them for future work.

I had 800 sq. ft. of tile installed. This ceramic tile looks just like wood and people don't believe me when I tell them it's tile. I wanted tile rather than hardwood because of my dogs. This flooring is perfect for my needs and looks great. The company installers did an excellent job and were very neat. I purchased my product at the Lewisville store. Cindy did a supurb job. I could not ask for a more knowledgeable and attentive salesperson. I was so pleased that I am now having my master bedroom done in hardwood and two bedrooms carpeted. All will be done by Floor N More.

We would like to THANK YOU Cindy for overseeing the job and making sure it was complete to the end! We were a bit skeptical when choosing Floors N More at first but Cindy was very accommodating and patient while we chose our colors. We had both tile and wood installed. Jose and his crew (tile) were amazing and I would recommend them anytime. They are very dedicated to their work and aren't happy until you are! We did experience a slight customer service issue but Cindy stepped in and was able to reslove it. We are looking forward to our next project with Cindy! Our floors look better and better every day!
